EVERYONE WANTS A SPECIAL FRIEND

The children of Rise n' Shine know about loss and change, moving and custody switches, guardians and new schools, and living with a terminal illness of a parent.  Often, Rise n' Shine volunteer mentors or special friends are one of the child's most stable relationships. Their interactions are very valuable especially during these major life situations and transitions.
